We use the best courier services to make sure your order gets to you on time. You will receive separate status updates throughout your shopping journey with us. Kindly note that our policies may change from time to time, so please revisit this page to keep up with our current policies.


Delivery Policy

For products with immediate availability, we aim to ship all orders on the same or next business day (Monday to Friday). Delivery will usually take 2–3 working days depending on the courier company.

For preorder items, however, it may take up to 2–3 working weeks to arrive at your doorstep. Please refer to the label of each product page for availability details. Kindly note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays. All local delivery orders (including Sabah & Sarawak) will be dispatched via trusted courier services such as DHL, Citylink, Poslaju, or FedEx.


Packaging Policy

For smaller parcels, items will be securely bubble-wrapped and dispatched via trusted carriers like Poslaju, DHL, FedEx, or Citylink. Bulky parcels, on the other hand, will be packaged in sturdy carton boxes and shipped via Citylink. This ensures that your items are protected during transit. Shipping rates vary depending on several factors, including package measurements, shipment type, weight, and location. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.


Important Note: Split Shipments and Multiple Tracking Numbers

At FLYBYFLY, we aim to provide you with the safest and most efficient delivery experience. To achieve this, there may be instances where a single order is shipped out in two or more separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Why Do We Use Multiple Tracking Numbers?

  1. Varied Product Availability: If your order contains both ready-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the ready-stock items first to avoid delays, while pre-order items will follow once they are available.
  2. Fragile and Bulky Items: Certain items, such as fragile or bulky products, are packed and shipped separately to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  3. Efficient Delivery Process: By splitting orders, we can deliver some items sooner rather than waiting for the entire order to be ready for dispatch.

Emails About Your Order

  1. Order Placement Notification: This email confirms that you have successfully placed an order in the shopping cart. Your order reference number is included for traceability purposes.
  2. Payment Received Notification: This email confirms that your payment has been received and your order will be reviewed accordingly.
  3. Packing Slip Notification: This email confirms that your order has been processed. It includes your billing address, shipping address, and any customer remarks (if applicable).
  4. Shipment Notification: This email confirms that your order has been fulfilled and shipped to your preferred address. Parcel tracking information will also be provided for monitoring purposes.
