RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for the following reasons only. Below is a list of possible reasons for returning our products (at least that's what we could think of!). However, you will not be able to return your item if you have a "change of mind"!
- Defective product
- Incorrect product received
- Missing accessories
Please note that we do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
Return Timeframes:
- Store Purchases: Return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Online Purchases: Return within 30 days from receiving your order. For example, if you received your product on 1st of May, it should be returned by 30th of May.
- Preorders: Cancellations are not allowed due to a change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your product upon arrival, we’ll assist with the return.
For exchanges to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.
For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
Product Condition for Returns:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Exchanges:
For exchanges of items of equivalent or lower value, no refunds will be provided. For exchanges to items of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer and local bank policies.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products, incorrect items, or missing accessories.
