Current Job Openings:

Retail Sales Assistant (Part-Time/Full-Time)

  • Part-Time: 2 openings (Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor / Autocity, Penang)
  • Full-Time: 1 opening (Location: Autocity, Penang)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Welcome customers, assist with product inquiries, and offer personalized recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  2. Order Fulfillment: Efficiently process online and in-store orders, preparing products for last-mile delivery to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  3. Coordinate with Delivery Partners: Liaise with last-mile delivery partners to organize pick-ups and track delivery schedules for customer orders.
  4. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and assist with restocking to meet both in-store and online order demands.
  5. Packing and Shipping: Carefully pack items for delivery, ensuring that each product meets quality standards and is safely prepared for transit.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay informed on FLYBYFLY’s product offerings, providing knowledgeable assistance to customers in-store and answering order-related questions.
  7. Manage Returns and Exchanges: Process customer returns and exchanges, coordinating with delivery services for reverse logistics when necessary.
  8. Track Deliveries: Keep customers updated on their order statuses by monitoring last-mile delivery tracking and notifying customers of any delays.
  9. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, ensuring that the workspace supports smooth order processing and customer service.
  10. Customer Feedback Collection: Gather and share feedback from customers about their delivery experience to support continuous improvement in service quality.
